Hull City AFC v West Bromwich Albion Sunday 10th November 1pm Preview by James Chestney

Pressure is mounting, we are in need of a win.............

Hull City are back on home soil on Sunday for the final game before the last international break of the year as West Bromwich Albion head to the Circle for a 1pm start.

The Baggies travel north on the back of a 0-0 draw with Burnley on Thursday night and sit 19th in the Championship form table and 6th in the league table before Saturday's games, City however 23rd in the form table and 18th in the league table but only out of the bottom three on goal difference.

City come into the game on the back of Tuesday’s defeat at Oxford United on a night where the travelling crowd voiced their discontent towards manager Tim Walters style of play and in response to comments the German had made at the fans support in last week's home draw with Portsmouth.

It was a bad night all round in Oxfordshire as well as the defeat City also lost pacy winger Mohamed Belloumi for the remainder of the season with an ACL injury having also lost Liam Millar to the same injury two weeks ago with Abu Kamara also a doubt city could be struggling for players on the wings.

City's form since the last international break has been somewhat sketchy with no victory’s in over a month since the success at QPR on October 1st and with just one home win all season the pressure is on for Walter to start getting wins and fast to get the fanbase back on side starting with Sunday.

A visit of West Brom has always been a tough game for the Tigers with just three home wins out of eleven visits since February 2007 when City were in their second season back in the Championship and the Albion had been relegated from the Premier League at the end of the previous season. Whereas the Baggies have won five games in HU3 and there have been four draws.

Now depending how Saturday's games go City could start Sunday's showdown in the bottom three but let's hope whatever happens they can turn this current wretched form around and claim our second home win of the season and just the fourth of this calendar year.

My possible line up: Pandur, Coyle, Jones, Hughes, Drameh, Simons, Slater, Jarvis, Omur, Palmer, Pedro

Prediction City 1 WBA 3
