For the second time this season City will head to the big smoke in the hunt for three points towards Premier League Survival. As they visit London's original football ground in Craven Cottage to take on Fulham and after claiming a fantastic point down the Fulham Road at Stamford Bridge last month the travelling fans will be hoping to bring home three points.
However last time on their travels the boys got the backlash of a Newcastle side at St James’ Park after a heavy defeat at Leeds prior to the international break but following the three week lay off we got that great point against Everton last week.
In his pre match Press Conference on Thursday Sergej advised we will be without Nobel Mendy for the next two weeks and Matt Targett for the next two months. Mohammed Ali Cho will still be missing as will Lucas Gourna-Douath but both should return for next week's clash with Brentford.
Fulham have had a poor start to the season and are sitting 19th in the Premier League table and having lost to Chelsea and Crystal Palace at home but they did claim a point against Manchester United alongside the River Thames.
If City can claim their first three points since the end of August it could lift them into the top four of the league and with two home games to come it would solidify their place in the league heading into a tough November.
