The sun, which was enjoyed by all certainly shone on the Ex Tigers as they competed
in the second Hull City Official Supporters Club Annual Golf Tournament which was
hosted by the Skidby Lakes Club on Wednesday 22nd May.

The course and hospitality together with bar and restaurant facilities were enjoyed by
all and they certainly suited the Stableford scores of Roy Greenwood (38 points) and
Dave Stewart (34 points) who took first and third prizes respectively only to be
separated by Stuart Willson (35 points) the popular Beverley based golfer.

We sincerely thank The Kilnwick Percy Resort and Golf Club, The LV= Liverpool
Victoria Insurance Group, and Gordon Townhill for the donation of prizes for the
subsequent raffle.

Thanks are also given to Steve Rose of Roses of Anlaby who supplied the bags of fruit given to our competitors on the first tee.

The tournament is held each year to benefit local charities and branches of national
charities and we are pleased to report that a sum of £211 was raised this year to be
donated to the Alzheimers Society.
