Hull City are pleased to announce the signing of midfielder Josh Bowler on a season-long loan.
The highly-rated 20-year-old completed the formalities of the move from Everton earlier today and is an exciting new addition to Grant McCann’s squad.
Bowler, who operates mainly as a right-winger, has spent the last couple of seasons playing for Everton’s U23s having signed for the Goodison Park club in 2017, and was a key figure in the Toffees’ side that won the Premier League 2 title and Premier League Cup in 2018/19.
He has also already had a brief taste of Championship football after coming through the youth system at Queens Park Rangers to make his first team debut on the final day of the 2016/17 campaign.
Speaking after putting pen-to-paper to complete his loan switch to the KCOM Stadium, Bowler said: "I'm very excited to be here because it's a massive club.
"As soon as I heard of Hull's interest, I wanted to get the move through. I’m thankful to be here now and I’m raring to go ahead of the forthcoming season."
