We'll never forget Deano (pictured) and that fantastic 38th minute volley back on Saturday May 24th 2008 which fired us into the Premier League, and is still very much involved in all things Hull City as the Club Ambassador.

As such, he's supported us on many an occasion and a lot of you will have met the man himself & heard him relate various footballing tales.

But we're hoping to organise a night for our members where you hear some stories you've never heard before from an ex player or 2 you've always admired but never had the chance to chat to, ask that burning question or even just listen, have your photo taken with them & get their autograph. Who would that player be?

We're thinking April time...and are looking for a venue outside of Hull, so suggestions welcome on both fronts. We have a very special & knowledgeable compere in mind too!
