Vote closes 09:00 Tuesday 28th May.

Here is some guidance from the Football Club to various points that have been raised with regards to the Members Vote, all have been published on social media etc previously in response to individual queries, but here are the main points in one area:

Seating plan
With regards to the Option B model, whether it be seating or pricing, this is the model from 10/11 (with inflation and VAT added) which was widely accepted.
West Upper will not immediately be available, but will be reviewed based on attendance.

Disabled Concessions
The guidance landscape has move forward since 10/11 and so it is to be expected that our alignment moves with this guidance, this said, as said on social, any disabled supporter who has concerns with our alignment with Level Playing Field (an EFL recommended organisation), should email our Disability Liaison Officer ann.holland@hulltigers.com with their concerns/points and this will be reviewed. The Club is prepared to review feedback on this alignment in general, but this would be separate to this vote.

Minimum age to attend the stadium unaccompanied
Apologies, there was a mistake re 15-22 in the original communication, it's actually 14 and over. It needs to be 14 from a safeguarding point of view. The landscape has changed in terms of security, terrorism, alcohol use by young people etc and the Club have a responsibility to protect the vulnerable, and for this reason 14 is the age at which young people can come into the stadium unaccompanied by an adult in our policy. Each club sets its own age e.g. at Wembley the age is 16 . We rely on the professional expertise of our Head of Safeguarding who has 30 years of service in the local authority with a wealth of experience overseeing safeguarding across all professions.

Match pricing
Should option B be voted in, match pricing will reflect a concessionary model.

Voting eligibility
The Club believe it’s only right that the supporters who are currently paying for their membership get to decide which pricing model is followed because they are the supporters who will be immediately affected by any potential price change. The Club look forward to welcoming back old and new supporters with the implementation of the elected model.

Student tickets
The Club are happy to add this to the agenda to discuss it at the next Supporters committee meeting (at which we represent you, so we are happy to take forward your views on this).

Founders Club / W5
The Club’s position on this will be that original Founders Club members will be eligible for whichever discounted model gets voted in i.e. family discounts or concessionary. A letter will be sent out to these members shortly.
From a match by match basis only corporate guests and original Founders Club members who are still seated in W5 will be able to purchase match tickets in W5, there will be no concessions for match tickets in this area.
